Currently being the pistol is new I woudl to start with run it with some hotter ammo for 50 or so rounds. You could potentially also manually cycle the slide (with pressure) 100 or so occasions to check out if it smooths out. Otherwise return it. These tend to be dead dependable pistols. I op
